UNDERGROUND TANKS FOR DIESEL AND GASOLINE – SINGLE CHAMBER AND DOUBLE CHAMBER
Underground tanksfor diesel, gasoline, vegetable oils, diathermic and btz oils, single-chamber and double-chamber for fuel storage and distribution systems.

The underground tanks comply with the D.M. 29/11/2002. They are built entirely in S235JR quality carbon steel, according to UNI EN 10025-2, are assembled by MIG welding process (inside) and submerged arc welding process (outside) performed by highly specialized personnel, subsequently subjected to pneumatic seal test and finishing with treatment exterior with the application of tar or fiberglass. The single-chamber underground tanks are equipped with a 400mm diameter manhole with welded upper sleeves or a 520mm diameter flanged manhole with threaded upper flanges (standard connections), complete with bolts and anti-petrol gasket, attachment for connecting the earth cable, identification data plate in anodized aluminum and vacuum lifting eyebolts.
On request for single-chamber tanks: customization of measures, customization of the manhole, assembly of anti-spill well, installation and supply of internal preheating coils (necessary for tanks intended for the storage of vegetable oil, diathermic oil, and BTZ), construction of support feet or saddles for positioning.
The double chamber underground tanks are equipped with a manhole type fuel flanged diameter 520mm (diesel type) with upper threaded flanges (standard connections) or a manhole type fuel flanged diameter 745mm (gasoline type, prepared for connection for vapor recovery ) with upper threaded flanges (standard connections), complete with bolts and anti-gas gasket, anti-expansion pit welded to the plating with upper internal edge perforated as per universal gasket (for connection of the shaft extension flanged on both sides), internal spacers between the first and the second chamber, communication sleeves with cavity for cavity filling and connection of leakage monitoring system, vacuum lifting eyebolts, identification data plate in anodized aluminum and connection for earth cable connection. On request for double chamber tanks: customization of measures, customization and/or addition of an additional manhole, construction of flanged extensions on both sides for anti-shedding shafts, installation, supply of internal preheating coils (necessary for tanks intended for the storage of vegetable oil, diathermic oil, and btz), construction of support feet or saddles for positioning, construction of internal compartments (in compliance with Ministerial Decree 29/11/2002) for the storage of different products with relative leakage monitoring for every single compartment and supply of manhole covers in spheroidal cast iron, power-driven driveways.
Capacities range from 3,000 liters, up to 60,000 liters for the standard, and from 63.000 up to 150.000 liters, for non-standard.
Each UNDERGROUND tank is accompanied by the following documentation:
– Test certificate certifying the positive outcome of the pneumatic test in the workshop;
– Metric table;
