MOVITANK TANK FOR FUEL TRANSPORT WITH TOTAL A.D.R. EXEMPTION
MOVITANKtanks for diesel and petrol transport, are exempt from the obligations established by the A.D.R., for road transport (total exemption under ADR at point 1.1.3.1 letter C *).
They are available in 330 liters and 420-liter capacities, they can be easily moved and installed on vans, pick-ups or small vehicles.
The tanks are built in carbon steel, S235JR quality, according to UNI EN 10025/93, in vertical version, enclosed within a metal frame that guarantees the protection of the container in case of accidental impacts and/or in case of overturning (the metal pump-holder cabinet, all the safety devices, and the valves are positioned inside the frame). They are equipped with an internal anti-shaking bulkhead (breakwater), union with 2 “brass filler cap, 1” drain and cleaning sleeve with galvanized cap, 1 “suction sleeve, double-acting aeration valve with polyethylene fusible cap, to prevent the product from escaping in case tipping unit and 12 V or 24 V battery delivery unit.
They are treated externally with RAL 9006 metallic gray paint.
The handling of the tanks can be carried out from below, using forklifts or transpallets (the frame provides special housings for the insertion of forks in total safety with relative intermediate support bars), or from above with chains or bands, using four sturdy hooks welded to the structure.

Each MOVI-TANK diesel transport tank is accompanied by the following documentation:
– Dispensing system user manual;
– Test certificate.

The provisions of the ADR do not apply:
c) to transport carried out by companies as a complement to their main activity, such as the supply of building sites or civil constructions, or for the return journey from these sites, or for inspection works, repair or maintenance, in quantities not exceeding 450 liters per package and within the limits of the total maximum quantities specified in 1.1.3.6. Measures must be taken to prevent any loss of the contents under normal transport conditions. These exemptions do not apply to class 7. Carriage performed by these enterprises for their supply or external or internal distribution is not covered by this exemption.
