Vertical tanks TANK-FUEL DC template CUBE 70MC, approved by the Ministry of the Interior according to MINISTERIAL DECREE 22 November 2017. They are double-chamber vertical tanks, space-saving, equipped with dispensing systems. The internal chamber acts like a diesel oil deposit, while the watertight external chamber (safety tank), with continuous monitoring, guarantees the recovery of any product leaks and/or spills, by the provisions of Ministerial Decree 11/22/2017 for fire prevention purposes.
The tanks are made of S235JR carbon steel according to the UNI EN 10025-2 standard, 3mm thick, and treated externally with a metallic gray paint cycle. They are equipped with 1 “internal suction pipe with non-return valve with calibrated spring, suction filter, 1” ball valve, manhole 400 type diesel fuel with 3 “load with quick bayonet connection in brass with 90% load limiting valve, enclosed in an anti-spill pit with hinged padlockable lid, 1” 1/2 breather with brass flame cap , mechanical level indicator with float, connection for earth cable connection, ball valve for emptying the cavity, with operating lever with safety key lock, access ladder to the manhole with non-slip steps according to safety standards and containment tray for any leaks from the dispensing unit.
Complete with electronic leak detection control unit for CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF THE INTERCAP as required by Ministerial Decree 22/11/2017 (MANDATORY device approved UNI EN 13160-1: 2016)

Electronic dispensing group CUBE 70 MC,CUBE 70 MC electronic dispensing unit, with self-priming electric pump with built-in by-pass (220V power supply), nominal flow rate of 70 lt / min, connected to a suction pipe with non-return valve with calibrated spring and closing ball valve (useful in case of maintenance to the pumping unit), including electronic head with digital volumetric flow meter (with high precision +/- 0.5%), automatic nozzle, connected delivery hose for fuels (length 4 m), two anti-impurity filters metal mesh in suction, gun holder obtained in the structure, external padlockable pump start and stop lever, all enclosed in a self-supporting structure in pressed sheet metal with guaranteed IP56 anti-corrosion treatment.
The electronic complex allows the management of 50 users (local memory max 255 deliveries) using reserved codes or electronic i-button keys, with the possibility of entering an additional identification code (for example code of the vehicle to be refueled or license plate) and mileage. Refueling is monitored using additional software (provided with a license for use) which allows you to print and check the delivery (possibility of filtering the printouts by user code, vehicle code, and date). The data transfer from the electronic terminal to the PC takes place via an I-button key reader (USB key reader).
The system is also equipped with a minimum level alarm with the possibility of activating the pump block.
